FINAL PAYMENT
After deposit is paid and confirmation is sent to you, client, rest of payment is due day of shoot, hour before shooting. If final payment is not received 4 Hours before shoot, shoot is canceled with no rescheduling available due to studio not giving refunds

CANCELLATION
If you are unable to make your photo session
all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 24 hour advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit toward rescheduled photo shoot, NO REFUND ON DEPOSIT, Can Only Reschedule .
If not notified within 24 hours of the session the Reschedule rule is cleared and there will be no refund or reschedule. Client will have to make new appointment and pay new deposit.
